PP is punched on a polymer sheet (mostly polypropylene or high-density polyethylene) produced by extrusion, and then subjected to directional stretching under heating, so the biaxially stretched geogrid pavement fabric is made by continuing to stretch the unidirectionally stretched grid in a direction perpendicular to a part of its length. In the manufacturing process of the plastic biaxial geogrid, the polymer polymer will be reoriented with the heating and extension process, which strengthens the bonding force between the molecular chains and achieves the purpose of improving its strength. Its elongation is only 10%~15% of the original board. If anti-aging materials such as carbon black are added to the geogrid pavement fabric, it can improve durability such as better acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
