BPM Cambodian customer found us on Facebook and informed us that he had recently contracted a road repair project. Installation guide

The technical indicators of the geogrid shall meet the design requirements. When laying, the surface of the soil layer should be flat, and hard protrusions such as broken stones and stones are strictly prohibited. When laying, the surface of the geogrid should not be wrinkled. The biaxial geogrid mat shall be fixed on the surface of the filling layer by manual tensioning and nailing.

The connection between the steel and the plastic grille should be firm, the connection strength in the direction of force should not be lower than the design tensile strength of the material, and the superimposed length should not be less than 30 cm. The horizontal lap length is not less than 30 cm, and the longitudinal reverse lap length is not less than 50 cm. For double-layer laying, the seams of the upper and lower layers should be staggered and the distance should not be less than 50 cm.

After the geogrid mat is laid, it should be filled with materials in time, strictly control the entry and exit of the mixing vehicle, and prohibit the sudden turning, braking and dumping of the mixture on the grid layer to prevent damage to the plastic grid. When laying the grille, the temperature of the road surface should be between 5°C and 60°C to avoid long-term exposure to the sun. A light bulldozer or front loader should be used for filling. Vehicles are not allowed to drive on geogrids that are not fully loaded.
