Warp knitting polyester geogrid is composed of high molecular weight, high tenacity multifilament polyester yarns which is biaxially woven stretching in tension and coated with PVC or modified polymer mixture by the complex automatic warp knitting processes. Warp knitting polyester geogrid is the kind of biaxial geogerid with a compact woven fabric structure, various mesh sizes and specifications, it is specifically engineered to improve tensile reinforcement capacity in two principle directions to provide stronger adhesive force, better corrosion resistance, superior engineering and long term design strength properties. The warp knitting polyester geogrid has the characteristics of high tensile strength, high temperature range, excellent corrosion resistance, light weight, resistance to aging, inert to biological degradation and resistance to chemicals, alkalis, and acids, etc. The polyester biaxial geogrid is widely used for soil reinforcement mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) projects where strength develops uni-axially which can provide further chemical, mechanical and ultraviolet protection.
